Set on 20 acres, north/east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada is where Diane,  Peter and Mary Welsh share their lives with their poodles.  The goal at Cantope is healthy, happy, well-socialized poodle pups for loving new homes.

Our dogs are important to us and we take pride in offering healthy, happy puppies to loving new homes.  We encourage visits.  Come for a tour of the facilities, meet the dogs, and ask your questions about our breeding program.

We test the adults before we breed.  Health tests results are available upon request for both dam & sire for SA, vWd, eyes, hips, Addisons & Thyroid.

When you take a puppy, we send you home with a New Puppy Kit.

We like to stay in touch with our extended poodle family.  We are also aware that life circumstances change and if ever your best friend suddenly needs a new home, we want to be the first to know.  Once informed, we can help to make the transition easier for you and your poodle.

Careful…once stricken by MPS (Multiple Poodle Syndrome), it is very hard to stop at just one……
